What We Charge

To cover the expenses we will incur while pursuing your free prescriptions requests, we charge a one time, non-refundable $20.00 application fee. We also charge a flat monthly prescription management fee of $59.95 per applicant regardless of the number of free prescriptions you are applying for. The initial charge on your Card will be $79.95. Most approved drug applications will arrive at your residence or your physician’s office within 3-6 weeks. If you are not approved for at least 1 of the applied for medications, your $59.95 monthly maintenance fee will be refunded.

Although we cannot guarantee your approval, every effort is made by your assigned Patient Advocate on your behalf. Past results have proven our program successful for our applicants.
